The multimedia presentation spoke to address a diversity and inclusion issue through scope of IMC. My presentation addressed the gender and race inequities occurring from societal and cultural barriers in the use of on-campus fitness spaces among collegiate women. I would present to a UNI 101 freshman class at UNCW, to highlight the societal and cultural challenges women encounter in the gym and emphasize the importance of this space for their well-being and for building a supportive on-campus community as this group is embarking their college career.
